Orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may decline an order — for example if a requested design isn't ours to reproduce.

Made to order and custom work

Most pieces are stitched after you order. For custom and personalised work we send a mock-up showing wording, placement and thread colours, and nothing is stitched until you approve it. Once approved, personalised items can't be cancelled or returned unless they're faulty or differ from the approved proof, as they're made to your specification.

Artwork and logos

By sending artwork or a logo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it.

Delivery

UK orders are sent tracked. Timescales are confirmed with your order and are estimates, not guarantees. See Delivery & Returns for full detail.

Returns and cancellations

We don't accept returns because every order is made to order for you. If an item is faulty or incorrect, and it's our mistake, we'll put it right by repair, replacement or refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Colour, fabric and variation

Every piece is stitched individually on a single-needle machine, so small variations are normal and are part of how the work is made. Screen colours can differ slightly from thread and fabric colours in person.

Care

Wash inside out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, avoid the tumble dryer, and press on the reverse around the stitching or print. Damage caused by hot washing, tumble drying or ironing directly onto embroidery or print isn't covered.

Liability and law

We don't limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
